 Fault 

 1, no oil pump 

 Analysis: (1) suction line leak 

 (2) The suction line is too long or too high suction 

 (3) severe mechanical seal leakage

 Remedy: (1) identify leak site, to be eliminated 

 (2) reduce the absorption process, shorten the suction tube

 2, pump out the fuel shortage 

 Analysis: (1) speed is too low 

 (2) adjusting the valve loose, deviate from the original position it is set 

 (3) at both ends of the rotor wear face serious 

 (4) The load is too large, the pressure exceeds the rated pressure 

 Remedy: (1) adjusting the speed 

 (2) re-adjust and tighten the 

 (3) repair or replacement of the rotor 

 (4) reduce the load 

 3, pump shaft power is too large 

 Analysis: (1) the pressure is too high 

 (2) speed too fast 

 (3) assembly too tight, too much friction and power loss 

 Remedy: (1) reduce the pressure 

 (2) adjusting the speed 

 (3) to re-adjust to ensure radial clearance face 

 4, heat pump 

 Analysis: (1) load pressure is too high 

 (2) low pressure relief valve works 

 (3) severe bearing wear 

 (4) two-phase transport, the gas too high 

 Remedy: (1) reduce the load pressure 

 (2) re-adjust the pressure of work
